I think you'll keep seeing 7D until Knies is available to get his team "tryout"

I think people are going to be sorely unimpressed by knies and their unreasonable expectations are setting him up for disaster.

He has played well in the NCAA but hasn't lit it on fire.

Ignoring the real chance of bust, it's more likely knies comes in his first year as a borderline nhler and scores like a 10 g/30 pt pace for 1-2 years. And if all goes well he has a JT Miller like progression.

I don't disagree-- I just think this is the thought process of Dubas / Keefe.
Knies is going to get an opportunity to play & see where he's at. Maybe it's a bottom 6 role for this playoffs, maybe it's 13th FWD.
