Canucks hang up. They can get way more for 25% retained. You do realize he has 45 points in 58 games. On pace for 60~ in 70.

You people need to acknowledge Boeser is soft, slow, often injured and practically useless when the other team has the puck. He's the 2nd worst plus/minus on the team too with only OEL being worse. Points in the scoring race don't matter much when the other side has 20 more goals than his team when he's on the ice.

While I agree his play in Vancouver is not ideal. Getting him on a different roster, in a different system would help his game. He's not as bad as people think he is, just because the stats say they are. Analytics aside. He's definitely a top 6 winger, middle 6 at worst. He's not anywhere near as horrendous as people think.

Pens decline. A 4 mill top pair defender is worth more than a 6.6 mill middle 6 scoring winger who struggles to score.

Easy to see that Brock was playing with an injury. A much better player in the second half of the season. Still has a wicked shot and now added playmaker to his arsenal.

In which league is Marcus Pettersson a top pair defender? Cause it sure isn't the NHL.
