    2nd with conditions:
    Good performance with Edmundson (Conference Finals + 80% of the games) = 1st
    Edmundson playing 80% of the games = 2nd (regardless of finish)
    Edmundson playing less than 50% of the games = 3rd (regardless of finish)

    Conditional, maybe.

    Stanley cup finals + 80% games = 1st - top 10 protected (it is a 2025 pick, not 2024)
    Conference finals + 80% games = 2nd
    Otherwise = 3rd

    No problem, Edmundson has been awful, the Kings can find better depth pieces in the free agency.

    There was no demand for him this year, on a relatively team friendly contract due to back injuries and uncertainty.

    LD rentals might include Hanifin, Dillon, Zadorov, Scandella, Forbort, Forsling, Aho, Rosen, Megna, Goligoski.... and these are expiring contracts, it doesn't include if someone is willing to take extra term (like the Chychrun trade)

    Edmundson doesn't really demand that much, he's at best a 2nd pairing guy, most likely a 3rd on a competitive team.

    Yes they do, but they'll hit rock bottom one of these days.
