Canes won’t trade Morrow for a forward they don’t see as a true difference maker. They included him in the package for Meier, but wouldn’t for Keller.

I think the Kings will stick with their own 5th overall pick. This trade doesn't do anything meaningful for the them.

Basically, you are saying the blues would not trade a 9-12 pick for Jordan Kyrou? Keller is a PPG player at 24 locked up for the next 5 years at a reasonable salary. Odds that you hit on that 9-12 pick to be a PPG player or top 2 defenseman are slim.
