Montreal has a plethora of LHD and are not paying for one. Columbus would be a better destination but not sure if you get a second.
4 years of Campbell is likely more expensive to dump than moving up maybe 10 spots into the first round and a third round pick.

No sir. We do not need another LHD. We are perfectly happy with Lane Hutson who we picked with the EDM 2nd we got for Kulak and who is nominated for the Hobey Baker and scored the Golden Goal in the hockey east final yesterday.

It's gonna cost more to dump Campbell. Kulak doesn't really help your case either, he is fine but not of much use to CHI and probably wouldn't bring back enough to justify taking Campbell if we were to flip him.

This trade was edited. Kulak was not in it originally. It was a '24 1st and a '25 3rd. Adding Kulak and taking out the 3rd makes it worse, not better, for the Hawks.

I would not say that adding the Fist will make it worse for you. I think the Fist for your recovering defense will be useful.
