That's a strange lineup if that's how you're looking at it.

Constructively, you're looking at closer to $9M for Dubois on the open market, perhaps $10M if he finishes strong and has a career year next season.

Too many mid-level contracts at inflated values.

If Xhekaj is 3rd pairing still, a similar bridge to Harris. Too soon to commit to that kind of contract which will hurt his value if he remains in that position. Setting yourself up for another Armia type contract.
If Barron secures a top 4 spot beyond simply a lack of competition for the position, you want to go for full term and the cap hit will be higher. Otherwise he's another bridge candidate in the Harris range.
Similar for Gurianov. If he hasn't secured a top 6 position this isn't the worst contract, but probably $1M too rich if he's still trying to prove himself or otherwise leaving doubts as to his long term viability.

Montembeault at 4x4 is a bad idea. Again, a middling contract for a middling player and setting yourself up for a bad deal.
He's not strong or consistent enough to take that chance on unless something drastically improves.
Two years or $2M (total of $8M combined between term and cap hit). He's a decent backup in this league but we are going to need someone better ahead of him for the best chance of success.
