It's nothing against Gally but I would rather him not play the rest of the season and come back 100% for next year.

Yeah, what a team we have.

Personally, I leave Gally out of the lien-up for the remainder of the season, maybe just one game if he's fully recovered just to give him a day to loosen his legs. But I wouldn't risk it.

Make sure he fully recovers for next year, have him do major work outs in the offseason, and at the salary he's paid, stay in MTL to ensure his development is closely monitored and followed.

Same for the rest of the injured reserved list stay as-is, No need to injure any one of them. Let the AHLers come up and play to evaluate their potential see what they are ready to play for, and heck, if they tank, then that's fine, it helps provide chances to move up in the draft.

I'd do the same
I used to say "whats the harm , its just a few games"

Then i watched Price re-injure himself in OTT then play the last 3 games i believe it was until he finally got his last NHL win at home in MTL with Caufield scoring a Hat Trick sending him off with a Win.
Ever since then i've been a strong advocate firing Dr David Mulder as the older he gets the more guys on LTIR and IR we have each year

Exactly. At some point, with all the players hurt and going for second opinions Molson needs to wake up and shuffle that portion of the camp. Send Mulder off with a nice retirement party, get new therapists and conditioning team in place.
