Its a really different situation but I agree that the value just isnt there for the trade. It would have to be a three way imo because we dont have a guy that can help you now, and we're not gonna give up Caufiled or Suzuki.

Only realistic option would be Matheson but you already have to pay Miller so bringing in more salary just isnt a good option for you, and Kent likely will want to keep him.

Completely different situation my friend. One has played 30 games the other is going on to his 4th season. If you think the values off that’s fine but these situations are nowhere near similar.

some draft first overall is not great.... Do you know the joshua roy has more points than Lafrniere he last two years of Juniour.. and he has 2 gold medals and produced more offense than Laf did at the Wj...so just put him on the team and forget that other guy lol.. Roy is better no need to make that move..
