Why trade Miller for a worse player? Kuznetsov is 30 so he is not a long term solution

Not really. Not only is he worse offensively than Miller, he is legit one of the worst defensive players in the entire league. It is comical how bad his EVD and Def is.

I think Wash passes. If they think they'll be competitive in the next season or two, the trade works but I think they're self aware enough that they need a rebuild.

At his best Kuzy is a better player than Miller, and Miller's contract is much worse than Kuzy's. I don't hate this from a WSH perspective but I would think there are better deals out there

At Kuzy’s best, he hasn’t shown to be good as good as Miller at his best. 99 points on a dog water team last season. Kuz is one of THE worst players defensively. Far worse than Miller
