Moving Chytil is a huge mistake. Better off buying out Goodrow than dumping Chytil. Plus you need like 2-3 extras for injuries. Personally would rather Chytil at $5 mil than Kane at $5 mil at this stage given their age.

There's reason to like all three of those guys for Anaheim, but in more of an ongoing project light, not buying at peak value.

Chytils had a great breakout year, but the guy doesn't use his body enough for someone who is 6'3". We don't have room for him at center either, and our middle six is basically full.

Emberson hasn't played a game of NHL hockey yet, moving on from him will net minimal returns.

Hajek could be a halfway decent shutdown LD some day, but given he is already 25 and still barely playing any NHL games, especially on a team kind of short on LHD isn't a good look.

Chytil has only ever been a third line guy who doesn't get used on either special team right now, he is not worth a top 15 pick, which is what the Ducks 2024 1st will be. Henrique as been playing on our top line and is used on both special teams, he is easily worth a late 1st with retention. In addition, we don't have room for ANOTHER center. I'm not saying he isn't worth a first, I am saying he isn't worth OUR first to US, nor is he worth our second to US. Maybe learn to understand nuance?
