I think thats fair for Cates

traded Wheeler to break up that core, maybe a bad decision, bit I'm just not sure if Philly would let Tippett go just because he's young and has potential, but Philly is a team that needs to make the playoffs next year, and I think Wheeler and Coutourier would work well together if Logan can get back to full health.

With the Lowry deal, the Pens are giving up a 4th and a 7th for the player, then the sixth for the retention because Hextall has screwed the pens.
