I can imagine Draisaitl wanting to leave Edmonton, but I can't see the Sens giving up so much for two years of Leon.

The only trade I'd do is:

Draisaitl and a mid prospect for Batherson, Norris, and a 2nd.

I think it's nuts for the Sens to traded Norris and all his remaining term. Gee, the Sens who haven't much luck attracting players in recently years, sign two Americans long term, Norris and Batherson . To me, it would be a bad trade long term on the ice, and long term bad for Sens signing other players.
If Leon wants be a Sen in two years.....well get him for free. Also put me down as not a lover of DeBrincat's contract.

The two guys Edmonton would be getting have 23 goals between them this year. Draisaitl has 50. This is not a fair trade, even given the draft picks.

They vacation together, their GF's are often seen with each other. I'm not sure what you're referring to as you didn't explain or provide a link, but Connor and Leon are very close (and Darnell, too).

Then provide a link where Drai and McDavid vacation together... Are you talking about the GF whom McDavid cheated on last year (https://www.hookedonhockeymagazine.com/connor-mcdavid-caught-cheating-on-his-girlfriend-lauren-kyle/)? When Sportnet (I think) shows players walking in pregame, I don't see McDavid or Draisaitl ever talk to each other or even acknowledge the others existence and that leads me to wonder if they even like each other

Check McDavid's Instagram, they were just in Turks & Caicos together. I'm not going to link out of respect for his privacy, but your notion that they don't like each other is plain false. McDavid, Draisaitl and Nurse are tight.
