Not even close for Demko. It would take a massive overpay for the Canucks to consider, likely starting with your 2023 1st and one of Savoie/Peterka/Quinn

It's clear that Adams will give Levi every chance to succeed in the NHL - and he's said over and over and over that he won't block the path of any of his young players. Adding Demko does that - so, regardless of whether the Canucks make him available or not, I don't see the Sabres pursuing it anyway. That ship seems to have sailed since the Friedman suggestion a few months back during Demko's injury and which was really based on nothing more than the Canucks possibly going the rebuild route coupled with an off-year from Demko. Since Demko's returned, he's looked as good as he did in past seasons.
