As a Devils fan, I think it started last summer when you guys traded Marino and you brought in Petry to replace him. Bad move.

Can’t help but agree. The idea to sign an ex philadelphia gm that had no record of winning ANYTHING, and was only known for handing out terrible contacts is so crazy. I would honestly trust more people on here as a gm than him. What a joke of a team to not win against the last place team in a must win game for the playoffs. Hope they miss and fire hextall.

Couldn’t agree more but hey anyone with a brain could’ve came to that conclusion, except… our incompetent GM that single handedly RUINED a first place team in 2 YEARS.

A game to win. A game GIFTED to us. And of course they waste it and make it seem like Mrazek is living in 2015 again. I trusted Hextall and he did some good things and yet he somehow goes and throws it all in the trash anyways.

Also the players are to blame. They should’ve been putting the puck in to the net and they simply did not do that. Truly an embarrassment. I just want the Isles to win tomorrow and get it over with.

Overall the feeling I have is one of the worst feelings I’ve had with this team. I haven’t felt so awful about the Penguins since 2015. At least when we got swept by the Isles there was something to look forward to. This time around it feels like all is actually lost.

There’s still ways to salvage the team but it isn’t going to happen unless Hextall gets the boot. It has to start with Hextall.
