I honestly don’t even believe Liljegren is an option right now, he has been out for too long. It takes me 3-4 games to get comfortable

This game is a prime example of the core 4 completely disappearing. They aren't necessarily playing good to begin with, and Cooper has had the matchup game down pat tonight. Need to split them up and have them effectively drive play. This game is as good as gone at this rate, not expecting much in the 3rd

Matthews has had his chances. But Nylander's just been floating on cloud 9. JT and Marner since being reunited have also been okay but not great. If Willy can just get it going and continue that momentum were set. But hes been dead these last 2 games.

Idk the motivation and drive to want to stay in the lineup and make Keefe notice him might make him play his best hockey we have ever seen. As if he comes in plays with Gio and they win 4-1 game 5 with him getting some assists and making good Dplays kind of hard to argue not giving him a shot.

Cause man rn Gio-Holl is just not an option

Gio looks like he aged 10 years and Holl has been on the ice for 10 goals against and 2 GF

Gio and Liligren looked good together so maybe hes what the old timer needs to get going again

Or u shuffle the pairings like u did the forwards

Whenever we score first, it forces Tampa to play our game - which we can win, but when Tampa scores first the neutral zone clogs up worse than a taco bell toilet and the leafs cannot break through. This has been a 5+ year thing, but has been especially noticeable vs Tampa these last 2 years.

Whenever we allow the first goal and a subsequent trap we always look like absolute dog****

The dumb thing was as soon as I saw the Stamkos goal I was like the hockey gods dont want us to win

But hey we get to see Knies show he has to stay so thats good.
