Ohhhh I would absolutely LOVE to hear your reasoning and rationale behind why Arizona would even consider doing that? This is gonna be awesome to hear

Let alone the fact that LAK would literally block the Rangers and would blacklist them from doing business for the next 10 years after they get that horrendous offer

That King trade....could the worse "homer" trade posted this year.
Yep, I'm sure Panarin is waiving for Arizona.

Panarin isn't waiving for that dump in the dessert,

laugh laugh Barclay Goodrow doesn't return Byfield+2nd+3rd round pick.

And Vladimir Tarasenko is getting a hell of a lot more than 2 x $3,120,000.

Newbie of course, Explains a lot.

Welcome to CapFriendly! Sometimes, it's not too friendly, like when you suggest that Los Angeles might trade Quinton Byfield for someone on the NY roster not named Igor Shesterkin.

Due to cap constraints, there is no forward on that roster in whom the Kings would be interested. Los Angeles has 14 forwards on the roster right now under contract for 2023-2024, plus 4 RFAs (two of whom are Gabe Vilardi and Rasmus Kupari), plus prospects like Alex Turcotte and Sam Fa-gem-o who will get long and serious looks in training camp, so the Kings would have absolutely no interest in Barclay Goodrow in particular even if he were free, given his contract.

Interesting, I know that AZ seems to be the consensus pick for dumping bad players/contracts and for getting young talent for noting but even with that mindset this trade proposal is not something that would be considered.

Welcome to the site!

Probably the only team that can absorb Panarin’s cap hit and has a center he excels with ( Strome ) are the Ducks. But the problem is, you have to convince Panarin he is no longer wanted in N.Y.
