That's fine, doesn't mean it will translate. Robbie schremp was the top scorer in juniors by far that year and his claim to fame is that he's good on penalty shots. ASP is the exact dman that the wings have stayed away from while drafting up until this point. Just don't see them going dmen with either pick, with how hard their prospect pool is screaming for scoring

The team is screaming for scoring....and ASP can score.

Rob Schremp didn't have his breakout year in juniors until he was 20. In his draft year he was just kinda average. So it makes sense he wasn't that good in the NHL. It makes zero sense to compare the two players. One dominates in his draft year, the other didnt, one is a dman, the other was a forward.

Take ASP at 9. He's the high octane RHD we need. A top 4 with Edvinsson and Seider + Wallinder and Sandin Pellikka would be money.
Take a forward at 17. There will still be many good ones available, Yager, Perreault, Wood, etc but ASP will not be there.

It's a lie? I'm glad you think that an opinion can be a lie, so I will stay with my original thoughts on what the wings need and that's scoring and this draft is filled with scorers and the dmen not as good. I'll take the 2 scorered over any of the dmen all day in round 1

It can be your opinion, but saying Reinbacher & Sandin Pellikka are "overrated", "not as good", "Meh" when you clearly haven't even seen them play shakes head

I've seen them just as much as the next guy. Just saying they are overated in this draft because they are the only ones

That's very dumb logic. Say Quinn Hughes was the only good dman in his draft year and there were a bunch of really good forwards. Well I guess he's just overrated because he's the only Dman worth talking about that draft year...bUt We NeEd ScOrInG?!?! Quinn Hughes does none of that obviously. Just another overrated small Dman. I remember when we needed scoring in 2018 and took a great forward prospect in Filip Zadina over Quinn Hughes...that turned out great didn't it.
