I like the idea of trading down actually, especially to avoid the drama of Mitchkov,
But in this trade, you're taking two overpaid players who are massively trending down, (one with cocaine problems), trading back 3 places AND giving away a slightly overpaid 3line center.
I really don't like the trade. Take away 1 of Mantha/Kuzy & put in Washington's 2nd or 3rd best prospect.

russian is gone at 6th overall for sure so if was wanted him they would have to move up... But kuznetsov is too old for our core and is a cociane user and the habs dont want that with their young players.. this deal does not happen
