What would you want from habs for Tanev and Ruzicka?

Tanev I think would cost the Habs a high 2nd and a prospect similar to Heinemen, borderline NHL ready but projects bottom 6 ish. In terms of Ruzicka, he's more valuable to Calgary than he would ever fetch in a trade, he's a perfect 13th forward because he's making less than league minimum next season, there isn't a more effective use of cap space than Ruzicka next season. If he was making 800 or 900K I would say mid round pick at best for him.

That is a laughable Crouse trade. Crouse loves Arizona and will never be traded. Signed for 4 more years and is in the running to be our next captain. Crouse will never be traded from Arizona

All Good, I see the intrigue with Crouse, but CGY would be foolish to pay that price for him, so that trade never happens

Guys we could maybe use are Gurianov or Hoffman 50% retained + Pezzeta + Kovacevik, but we’d want a good Prospect too, like Heineman, Farrell, Mesar, Kidney or Kapanen

I doubt MTL considers moving Guhle, Beck, Roy, Barron or Mailloux so I left them out, but if they would, we’d be interested in them even more

Gurianov + Kapanen+ Tuch + Pezzetta + Kovacevic + vegas 4th 2023 vs Tanev + Ruzicka?? Could it work?

Yeah maybe. Gurianov could be a Left Shot RW as competition with Mang to play with Huberdeau, Pezzetta would replace Lucic at 4RW and Kovacevic would be a Good Cheap Physical 3RD or 7th/8th D-Man

Would really prefer better prospects, especially in place of Tuch who didn’t really appeal much to me, other than his size

If it were Farrell, Heineman, Kidney or Xhekaj instead, I wouldn’t hesitate to say yes

If I keep Kapanen and replace Tuch with Farrell, replace the 4th with a 3rd would you add Schwindt?
