These one of year of Matthews trades to a non playoff team are getting worse and worse.
Is Muzzin in any trade relevant?

We can assume Matthew's is traded with the extension, Muzzin relevant in the Vancouver trade it evens out the money and Van will need the LTIR

If he's on LTIR, the cap is not relevant at all. If he's healthy, he doesn't waive.
More crazy extension talk. If Matthews is THAT determined to sign Arizona (I don't think he is), Arizona can. just wait till next summer.
