I wouldn’t trade Hoffman straight up for Marner. He’s a proven playoff no show so he can stay where he is

Is it possible to not trade Anderson? Besides that, Leafs accept

I think Van goes for that trade. Not a bad deal for both sides.

The guy who has 47 points in 50 career playoffs games is a proven playoff no show? The guy who had 14 points in 11 playoff games this year is a proven playoff no show? Are we talking about the same Marner, or is there another one who you're talking about that I've never heard of?

Right value for Marner, Habs aren't the right team though

Ylonen was a promising young prospect 3-5 years ago. Now he is just a tweener with little to no value. Plus, the 4th and 5th round picks are pretty unappealing. Gonna cost more to dump Hoffman. CHI declines.
