I mean, they want a 1rst and I gave them a younger G and D, I could take out JJP?

I'm assuming a deal would be in place for both, going forward, at least with Helle.

Probably need ostlund and swap stanley in for demelo
2023 1st upl and ostlund for helle and Stanley makes sense

You'd need to add something more for DeMelo, but you have enough for Hellebuyck.

I don't want Stanley, and I wouldn't give up Ostlund. I would add JJP or a 2nd.
