No chance Toronto does this. Not nearly enough to get marner. NYR doesn’t have the assets for him

Why would the Rangers do this? Panarin and Marner are almost identical in skill. Both disappear in the playoffs. Both are overpaid. Marner's younger and expires sooner, but that's not worth Lafreniere and a 1st...

Marner for Panarin or Nylander and Murray for Panarin is the only swaps we’d entertain. This is way too much.
