A lot would depend on if Tampa had a replacement ready to sign in ufa, or if they had some kind of trade in the works where they used the '24 1st to acquire said roster replacement. In a vacuum though, Tampa should decline, as the '24 1st means little to a team in Tampa's position.

It's possible. Tampa would likely be looking for elc types, either for 3LD or as a F replacement, in any trade involving Colton. While Jones is more NHL ready it seems, Robertson is more the type of dman Tampa usually goes after.
