      As a Red Wings fan, I can tell you that Smith isn't worth more than $2 million. He really doesn't bring much to the table other than bad decisions at bad times. He would be just another guy NYR would have to buy out in 2 years.

      Ehh strong disagree. He played really well in his brief stint with the Rangers. I would definitely bring him back on a similar deal to 4 years $4mil aav. He is a solid top four dman from what I saw in the games he played in blue.
