Panarin already makes $2,000,000 more than Tkachuk and with Miller needing a new contract. Florida couldn't afford it.

Just means you wouldn’t have got Kadri afterwards at that $. Maybe you could have done it with KAM on his ELC and then this season move hanifin or toffoli
