I'd say B-tier prospect + 3rd +4th or Liljegren + 6th. However, considering the cap hit and contract, it'll likely be lower. It really depends on the demand.

Whys AZ bailing Toronto out so cheaply? Murray costs more than that or buy him out.

Reports are saying that the Canucks have been trying to give him away, and that it wold cost a high pick for them to dump him.

So future considerations and have the Canucks throw a 2nd in or something like that

Coming from the same people who said Schenn would return a first round pick. It’s not credible whatsoever.

Would you take Nick Abruzzese and a 4th?

Maybe, again, it depends on the market. I've heard the Penguins have inquired about him so if it beats their offer, it'll likely happen as a cap casualty trade.

By that reasoning, the cost will be higher for the Canucks to move him. If these Canucks insiders said Schenn was worth so much and were way off then a 2nd to unload 5 million for 3 more seasons may not be enough.

The market is set. GMs are always looking for comparables. Here is an example. No one is giving up a second-round pick for Vladislav Namestnikov

So, are Chicago and AZ in the same situation NO. So TB can reacquire a1-5 for Jeannot comparable has been set. What an absolutely assinine take. You do realize they also look at deals and say I'm not using that comparable team made a really bad deal and I'm not that F***ING stupid.

Then he says no this is absolutely moronic for an extremely cash strapped team. Again if I'm Bill Armstrong I say Kyle was stupid I'm not go somewhere else then.

I'm not saying that every trade is used, I'm saying that there is a baseline that is OFTEN used. Murray can be bought out and it would only Cost 2 Million against the cap next year. What do you think is the price for that? It's not a huge cost

You also want to see the leafs get screwed, it's a common theme with you.

I don't see the big issue with Murray. Even if we keep him as a 3rd stringer it isn't an issue. We have a BOAT LOAD of cap space this year. We don't need to dump him

I would move Samsonov if he wants more than 3.5. He hasn't proven he's a number 1 yet. If he wants too much, trade him for some assets and run Woll and Murray. Woll looks good.

I guess Tampa did just do a huge favor to Nashville this year so I can see why you are confused by all this.
