To be realistic, as The Sage of Georgian Bay says, you need a 22- or 23-man roster and you need to be under the $83.5 million cap ceiling.

Your team has cap pressure right now. As a result of Matt Murray's cap hit, which is going to be difficult to wish away, you can probably only afford one big free-agent signing this summer. Try this again by keeping O'Reilly and not trading for $8 million J. T. Miller or $4.3 million Lawson Crouse and see where you are.
