Barrie isn’t going to fetch more than Ghost did last deadline, and adding Asplund + a 6th won’t change that.

Zero reason for Buffalo to downgrade their first, and give up 2 young players just to get 1 year of a goalie who had a decent season as a back-up, and a soon to be 25 year old who's never played a game in the NHL.

swap Johansen and Glass. then swap that 3rd and 4th line. Then sell Johansen for peanuts retaining 3/4 of his salary and get Sherwood in there.
