As a Jets fan... no. But that could make sense for both teams... the only issue is Chabot is a LHD and the Jets are in need of a top pair RHD. If one of Chabot or Morrissey could play the right side then it would make sense.

Zero interest from the Jets. We would need to target a young RD or C with T6/T4 potential, not yet another LD while losing one of our best scorers. Chabot is nice, but doesn’t fill a need

What if Lassi Thomson was added to the trade?

I think there could be some merit to the Connor/Chabot idea, might need more fleshing out though. But McMichael and Milano for DeBrincat is an absolute joke of an underpayment

To me, you are better off keeping Lassi. He probably doesn't have much value. I cant see him being a top 4. It seems like he is even struggling in the AHL.

Caps say yes please. That's a big underpayment for DeBrincat.

Jets might be entering a full rebuild in the next 2 years, with most like PLD leaving and Sheif staying is up in the air and wheeler aint getting younger, that is their 1 and 2C and their top RW gone in the next 2 years, its going to be rebuild mode for Jets, they should trade their assets for futures.
