More Seasoning For Kids

Description
The ECF are proving that Kulich, Rosen and Rousek, could still use more time, playing vs a tough Hershey team. I still think Kulich would be the first call up, if JJP struggles. This is just a start of season and I didn't want to not have Z Girgs. Cederqvist could be his replacement, but not until 24-25.

Quinn's playoffs last year were a struggle too. Doesn't mean he wasn't ready. Can't assess based on a limited sample of a series vs an old ass past its prime hershey candy bar of a team.

I'm just laying this out as beg. of season, I could see them not trade Olof, and them going with JJ still.

JJ's spot is obviously secure Idk why it wouldnt be. Olofsson is done, even if they cant move him, he played himself off the lineup.

JJ kinda hit the wall last season, but I think he's going to have to show good in TC, or Kulich will take his spot.

Seems like a steep price to pay for Mayfield. Still think the Sabres could use a short term UFA goalie....which are plentiful

I agree on goalie, but UPL would have to be traded first or carry 3. I think Reimer would be an affordable fit, I think he'll bounce back this year.

Theyre not going to demote him or put him in the pressbox. he went through what most non 1st round rookies go through. Also had a very strong showing in the world championship.

I can promise you that JJ will be on the opening night lineup. Kulich isn’t stealing his spot at all. Granato and the Sabres will already have their opening night lineup before training camp even starts.

If JJ starts 3L LW, then Kulich or Rosen take Olof spot.
