Minnesota declines. They aren't trading a 2nd round pick and top C prospect for restricted free agent whose like connor dewar, bottom line C they already have

Lol, Colton a bottom line C...Very obvious some ppl on here have very little knowledge of Colton beyond a stat sheet. Tampa very likely declines this since a mid to late 2nd 2 drafts away means very little to them, and C prospects that aren't even a guarantee to come over aren't what Tampa would be looking for.
