yeahhhhhhh! proved the doubters wrong his whole life. The dertermination in this kids is unreal. might not be an NHLer but i wish him a great career in hockey. He is as passionated about the game as you can be.
The odds are against any player drafted in the 5th round no matter if they are 5'8 or 6'6. If he plays anything like his dad did, I'd take him in my organization

This is not true but whatever makes you happy. How many 5'8'' NHLers are out there vs how many NHLers over 5'8'' are out there (drafted in the 5th round)
Pretty sure there's a lot more of 5th rounder over 5'8'' playing in the NHL then there is 5'8'' players

Love how you can obviously tell that as he was writing this, when he remembered that Cole Caufield plays for Montreal.

32 players are drafted in the 5th round. I don't see 32 players 5'8 getting drafted simply because there aren't as many 5'8 players. It's almost as though ratios have something to do with the numbers. Being 5'8 hasn't stopped quite a few players from having excellent careers, even HoF worthy careers.
