Care to counter?

Myers contract dump 4th, and Viro instead of McIssac to swap those 1sts?

I think Raymond or Edvinsson would have to be a part of a deal for KFC.

It’s too far to fall in the trade-down of 1st’s. VAN will have better options if they use the 11th to trade down and clear cap (but I hope they don’t).

I get the idea of that. But I did include 9th overall, 11th overall, and 42nd overall in the deepest draft in recent memory. I would imagine if the Jets are trading Connor, they’d be looking at a full rebuild so the picks would be valuable.

Don’t think the Leafs will include a first for Murray

Understandable. Was just an idea. Maybe Detroit adds one of their prospects to make it happen? IDK.

Hey now, this is a civilized forum. Feel free to offer a realistic counter, but let’s not go straight to being aggressive. We save that for the Blackhawks fans 😜

There is talk of adding a 3rd to Myers to get out from his contract. He'll be owed 1 mil in actual salary after July 1st. To low spending team that is an asset you can use and then trade at the deadline. So ya dropping that far down to get out of an expiring deal is way way off I'd say.

I’ll never understand the Dubas hate. Dude was aggressive and did everything he could in Toronto. Sure, some of his moves didn’t work out, but he made big moves(JT, Murray, ROR, Samsonov, Giordano). Again, yeah some haven’t worked out but at the time, those guys were good.

WPG says... DEAL. Enjoy your hometown sniper. Loving the assets in return. The 9th and 11th is this draft are GOLD. Are you sure you are from DET office? The 42nd pick could end up being a decent asset as well. That's really a lot to give up.

I don't see any DET fans liking that deal.

But, the paperwork is in your inbox.

Even so, I would have to believe the Jets would prefer young players that are on the cusp as opposed to draft picks.

You know how this site works. You have to overpay to get someone to agree. So such thing as an even trade 😂

As a Jets fan, if they were to trade Connor, what do you expect they’d get?

I believe a 1st round pick in this upcoming draft and a top prospect that is either on the bubble of coming into the NHL or just in. Kinda like... Krebs and BUF's 1st. Or R. Johnson and BUF's 1st. Something like that.
