Way too much value coming back for the Pens. Remove that 2023 2nd and make it the 2024 Col 2nd and instead of the 3rd, Pens can get Ylonen or Kovacevic with another 4th round pick

If you use any draft pick value chart aside from the one the Atheltic posted using Dom's flawed model, the 32nd and 37th pick are already worth more than the 14th (14 is worth 711 while 32nd and 37th together is worth 727, if you add the 69th and 110th pick, the package is worth 953 compared to the 711, 14th is worth. Thats like a 33% overpayment

David Wilson from the university of Carleton has an amazing thesis with all the workings about the value of a draft pick
