Wings aren't in any cap trouble, and Perron was second on the team in points last year. Copp was a 40 point guy. Overpaid sure, but not a cap dump

Perron is really good but doesn't fit the wings timeline and Andrew Copp at 5.6 for 4 more years is a cap dump if he had two year left then fine but at 4 years of overpayment that's a camp dump. The 1st is Boston's which will most likely be in the late 20s in a draft that isn't as deep. The wings get another 2nd round pick this year giving them 4 2nd round picks which they can trade for a first or make 4 2nd round selections. Plus the wings clear 10+ million in cap space giving them ample space to make a big play or just wait for next year to make a real solid move, either to get a top 6 center or a top 4 RHD.

Move on man, Wings aren't trading Perron and Copp away for that return, they lose that by a comical margin and it's insulting you keep pushing
