Tampa declines quickly. They don't care about two 2nd round picks. Good luck getting Ross to sign an OS in Detroit as well. If Tampa does move him, it's for a deal with a solid amd cost controlled youngish 3LD +solid F prospect that's close to ready or is ready. Tampa declines a pick offer very easily.

This is not a deal Detroit should be persuing regardless of price. We have too many LW as it is and Colton isn't better than Kubalík or Fabbri.
