Value for Boeser is fine but the Flyers have no reason to acquire him. Boeser doesn't fit into a rebuilder, a playoff team in need of a scoring winger would make more sense. Also, is Beauvillier's value really that low? I haven't paid too much attention to him since the Isles made those deep playoff runs, but I feel that he's a solid middle six scoring option.

Tampa declines. No interest in moving Colton for a 2nd round pick.

Canucks decline so quickly on that Miller deal. Sillinger is a fringe NHLer.

Canucks also decline the Beauvillier deal.

TB probably says no on the Colton deal. I also don't really think he's a guy Vancouver needs or fits that well?
Brisebois would want a roster impact player or two instead of a pick but I'd be surprised if he went that route or got one in a trade with a roster player

You have a better chance struck by Lightning 10x's and surviving than of TB trading Colton for that steaming 💩 offer.

Can just retain 50% on BB and flip him for way more than a 3rd

Sillinger will be fine. He will probably never be a huge point producer but he can definitely develop into a good two way 2C. Miller just doesn’t fit the jackets timeline

He might develop into a 2C eventually but as of right now that looks like the higher end of his projection. Canucks aren't giving up a guy that has averaged over a point per game the past 4 seasons for a single unproven player/prospect.

Send him somewhere else then. Jackets are still rebuilding and his contract is only going to get worse. by the time they are ready to compete in a few years that contract will be an anchor

They will probably keep him. I didn't send him to CBJ here. I'm just saying that's not remotely close to enticing Van to move him. Add in the king's 1st rounder and you might get them listening.

I mean he doesn’t fit their timeline. I don’t think they would take him for free right now. That contract would prevent them being able to sign their top young players in the future. For that price I would rather go after lindholm.

I think CBJ is going to try to be good as soon as this upcoming season. They vastly underperformed this year and we're hammered with injuries particularly to werenski. The prospects they already have plus the addition of 3OA. I think management thinks it's go time now in CBJ. We will see though.

Yeah they will make improvements at center and LD for sure but not at the expense of players like sillinger or for older players with long contracts. I think they trade for Kevin Hayes as a stopgap center and then make a move for a top 4 LD either in FA or through trade until their prospects are ready for full time duty
