These are all awful. Brannstrom isn't worth kakko and is another ofd the ranger don't need. I doubt Detroit trade the 9th pick for Debrincat. And no chance Boston takes pinto for swayman.

You should probably know the needs of the team you're trading with before you try trading with them. The Rangers don't need another smallish LD and their biggest need is at RW in the top 6, since Kakko is all they have at the moment. So trading him for LD make ZERO sense for the Rangers. Also, Kakko is worth way more than that anyway.

Not really, Swayman has starter potential so they wouldn't (or shouldn't) "jump" at the chance. It's something to think about but this isn't a one-sided deal. Sure, you're adding a young center... at the expense of a potential starting G.

Korchinski and Dragicevic have a very similar D0 draft year.
Korchinski went 7OA and is a LHD.
Dragicevic, whose also a RHD, isn't projected to go until the late 1st. Granted, Dragicevic' defensive game is worse, but not to the extent that if he was equal to Korchinski he maybe goes mid-late teens.

Despite what you think, 17O+2nd+3rd in '23 (a better class than '22) is at least on the same level, if not better, as 7OA+2nd+3rd in '22 (a worse class than '23!).

I told you what I think is fair, which is paying less than what Ottawa paid for a player who got more expensive and recessed.
