Flyers would probably accept this deal the Ottowa, Detroit, and Hurricanes deals. They won't be moving Tippert unless its a huge overpayment.

remove all picks except the 2nd from OTT and remove the 2 picks from philly and its a fair deal, as IS it is a massive overpay that the NHL most likely themselves would block it.
