Hawks decline. They'd probably take Garland as part of a bigger trade involving #11. But straight up for pick #67 - no chance. Hawks might take Boeser for that pick though.

Rangers need a first round pick for laf, and Raty does not match that value. Without a first round pick they have no reason not to resign him.

no chance VAN trades Boeser for a 3rd, CHI has so many picks that they can afford to pay a 3rd for Garland who is a very good player but just hasn't worked in VAN

Just because the Hawks have a lot of picks doesn't mean they just use them to acquire guys they don't think are worth it. I'm not saying Garland is a cap dump, but he has minimal value in a trade like this. Hawks won't pay an early 3rd.
