13-Feeling more and more like there will be a player to steal here. Whether it's Michkov, Benson, Leonard, or Moore, I think someone will be available to them at 13. If not, I'd strongly consider Simashev.
24. Here I'm thinking Musty or Gulyayev depending on what happened at 13. Also maybe one of those guys keeps falling you never know. Happened with Peterka and Kulich.
Dahlin extension rumblings I saw today were 8 years at 10M per which I'm perfectly happy with. Power I think comes in at more of a 6x6 type of deal.

That won't get you TK and Hart. UPL had some of the worst 5v5 stats this past year and doubt he will rebound in Philadelphia who has an even more depleted defense corp after the Provorov trade. Gonna have to add a lot more for this deal to work on both sides.
