WPG says... we stopped taking calls from the Laffs a long time ago and this is a perfect example of a HORRIBLE deal for WPG. You can't really think this would fly... do you?

Myers deal isn't bad but would need a 3rd team involved to retain money on Myers, VAN would never retain 50%.
