I can't see the Caps giving up dowd, but this seems like a good trade for both teams. I can see it happening with a 2025 second too, as I think the caps would want a lot of picks now

Really can't see Grzelcyk returning a 3rd AND such a high 2nd and I would be reluctant to retain on Dickinson (that would only leave 1 retention spot for the Hawks), but if you can get the Philly 2nd I would do this. Reilly clogs up LHD roster where the Hawk have 5 or 6 prospects they want to rotate through the bottom 2 lineup spots, but the value is there and he can get sent down.
