He is an RFA expire and will get between $6.5M - $8.5M on his next deal, putting his OS draft pick value as a 2024 1st, 2nd, and 3rd round pick. There is only 11 teams that fit that range. If someone wants to trade for PLD, they are going to have to pony up the equivalent of a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rounder to get him

Brinson would not have made the comments if there was any chance at it tanking PLD's value cause it would also affect his bargaining power with regards to an extension.
