Veleno doesn’t look to be anything more then a 3rd liner. Would rather have a deal with lombardi or berggren coming back

Would Kubalik retained interest you? I chose Veleno because he's a C and I thought that would be of interest to Boston.

No for Kubalik and Veleno is probably going to be a middle-six forward at his best so it's not enough. It doesn't really make sense for the Bruins to trade Swayman let alone to a divisional rival.

Flyers would take that chance on Zadina and would enjoy the picks.

These are two good trades for Detroit. Konecny will be valuable for many years. Swayman is not as much of a priority and should this offer be rejected that's not significant.

You do need to find a true top line left winger in addition to these two. We're now well covered on the right side with Konecny, Raymond, Perron, Mazur. The left side only has a bunch of middle six players in Berggren, Söderblom, Kubalík, Fabbri, Rasmussen.

Kasper is better served playing top line centre in GR than playing wing in Detroit. You should play Chiarot on the right side and Määttä on the left.

Appreciate the feedback!

Don't forget that we still have 9oa in this scenario which can be used on Leonard/Moore/Benson or someone intriguing who drops out of the top 8. That pick would be written into our top 6 LW slot in the future. I have Mazur written into the other T6 LW slot (as he's a right shot LW, not a RW).

Your opinion on Kasper isn't one that I share, but that's OK. I would prefer for him to get acclimated to the NHL schedule playing 2nd line minutes with two really good vets such as ROR & Perron than have him in the AHL, even if he's on the wing. Don't forget that Larkin started on the wing and has come along just fine as a C.
