The Kings have a proven pair with Gavrikov-Roy, this is a player they fully intend to reup long-term, Kings have Durzi who has put up similar numbers to Chabot at a 1/4th the price.

Kings say no as they still have Clarke and Spence coming, don't have the cap space, and don't need to pay so many strong assets for a player they don't need.

You can keep him, Kings absolutely love Roy.

Would need to take Moore with Roy to make the cap work, but the Kings aren’t interested in trading Roy. Maybe Durzi, but even so that’s too much cap allocated to the LD. Not a good fit overall.
