Goalie is a necessity, but not at the cost of Roy and Vilardi.

Kings also aren’t going to retain anymore salary given how tight their current situation is. This basically puts the cap to the ceiling without a replacement for Vilardi or Roy.

Agreed. Bruins can retain more on Ullmark, in this scenario, they retain 10%. If needed, Bruins have the ability to take on his entire contract. The 4th round pick is for Roy and his retention (7th round pick), and John Beecher + Linus Ullmark is for Vilardi. Ullmark is going to win the Vezina Trophy this year, and hate to break it to you, but with your cap situation ($7 million), you’re not gonna be able to sign Vilardi and others.

He’s a 4th line player. Anything above a 4th is ridiculous.

And when has he ever had 40 points? The most points he has had in the NHL was 20 points, this season.

Just the soon to be Vezina trophy winner, a young center prospect, and some draft picks. Lol

He paced 40 points, considering his age and results him hitting 40 points this season is completely within reason

Remove Vilardi + 5th and Beecher + 7th and its a better trade

SEA and BUF trades are good

CGY declines, and no to PIT trade
