Yeah no...I think the best offer MTL sends is Roy/Mesar+29th+Primeau+Dvorak/Anderson and nothing more than that. If MTL doesn't land Dubois, they can look at Lindholm or draft a nice C in Will Smith.

All this speculation really comes down to one reality, does Gorton and Hughes want to give PLD 9m aav, they have the pieces to get him for sure, but do they. I keep reading around the internet about PLD wanting 9. My opinion is I don't want to give him that, not sure I want PLD anymore. Maybe move on to other trade targets,

PLD has the same agent as caufield, he knows in montreal he ain't getting 9 or even 8 , he wont get more than suzuki

Winnipeg doesnt need another small LD.

Kidney, Barron, Dach, Beck etc are the only ones that the Jets should go after in a trade.

The only way Winnipeg trades for prospects is if they can get someone like Lindholm in a trade for a similar trade

If Chevy does not want a futures deal for PLD as has been rumoured, you'd have to think Montreal is out. The don't have any quality roster players that they are willing to trade. Not trying to insult them, but I think most Montreal fans would agree.

Even more reports about PLD wanting 9 since I wrote that but I hope your right for 7.5 or so he would be a good addition
