Habs would probably say no unless the PLD thing happens. Otherwise, Dach is part of the future.

It's a close one for sure. Only thing is that Dach can play the W and C if needed. I think MTL declines unless they had another trade or signing in place for a player to replace Dach

Obviously pure fantasy stuff here, but do you really think Dach will fair much better on the 3rd line comparing with Laffy? As I remember he didn't do that great in CHI.

Suzuki = $7.875 million = 82 games, 26 goals, 40 assists, 66 points
Caufield = $7.85 million = 69 games, 39 goals, 15 assists, 54 points (pro-rated from 46 games)
Terry = offered $3.75 million = 70 games, 23 goals, 38 assists, 61 points, -8 on a team that was -129, 3 of Anaheim's 13 game-winning goals

@NYRxLundqvist is right -- I smell an arbitration filing coming and a 200% award going

Why in the hell would a rebuilding team like Anaheim give up a young star in Terry AND 33OA for whatever Panarin has left in the tank?

Did you actually think this trade would be considered acceptable? Panarin has two years left on his Deal, were going to sign Terry to his lockup contract and have him for 7-8 years through his prime.

This is worse than the sh*t leafs fans are pulling, at least Matthews/Marner/Nylander are young.

He sure didn't look like he had a lot of commitment left -- never mind legs -- during the playoffs, did he?

And the idea that he would waive his NMC for two seasons playing on a non-contender and have any interest at all is almost as bad as the idea that he's worth Terry and #33 in the first place.
